This Kai Tim Mälzer set is designed by top chef Tim Mälzer The Kai Tim Mälzer knives are fitted with KAI’s famous damask layered metal structure, combined with a very strong core of VG10 steel. The core of the blade is on the outside enhanced with 32 layers of stainless damask steel. The hardness of these knives is 61’1 HRC, which is exceptionally hard. This keeps this knife sharp for a very long time. The handle is made of brown walnut wood and is very comfortable in the hand for both left and right-handed people. This turning knife is ideal for peeling vegetables and fruit such as potatoes and apples. All in all, a beautiful, functional knife to be loved.
